For years Hartman Design Group has been instrumental in creating award-winning designs resulting in praise of our peers from historical to contemporary design as well as individual and collective acknowledgement of outstanding performance on some of the most exciting projects in the mid-Atlantic region and beyond.

Listed below is a brief description of the various awards:

The NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) Pillars of the Industry Awards honors excellence in apartment and condominium design, development, marketing and management. Now in its 15th year, the Pillars are considered the most prestigious in the multifamily industry and are looked to as a showcase of innovation and future trends.

Sponsored by the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and the Maryland-National Capital Building Association, the Monument Awards recognize innovation and new ideas by honoring the finest home and multi-family residence designs in the Washington metropolitan area.

The MAME awards, sponsored by the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, honor “Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence” by professionals including best interiors of multi-family residences (including models and public spaces).

Since 1975, the ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) has been the premier professional organization for interior designers in the United States. ASID members include some of the most widely recognized and honored designers in their field. This leading organization recognizes the achievement of members through both national and chapter awards.
