We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Interior Design Intern to join our team. This program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the interior design process while helping students and emerging professionals develop technical, creative, and professional skills in a collaborative studio environment.
What You'll Learn:
Throughout the internship, you'll gain exposure to all phases of the design process, including:
- Design research and trend analysis
- Concept development and mood boards
- Multifamily amenity and residential design
- Revit documentation and drawing production
- FF&E selection and specification
- Vendor and material coordination
- Client and consultant collaboration
- Construction administration and project installation
- Professional presentations and portfolio development
Reponsibilities:
- Research multifamily design trends, finishes, and amenities
- Assist with mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations
- Support project teams during schematic design and design development
- Create sketches, floor plan concepts, and FF&E options
- Assist with Revit drawings, finish plans, and redline updates
- Help maintain material libraries and vendor resources
- Participate in project meetings and team reviews
- Visit active construction sites and completed projects when available
- Assist with FF&E installations and project styling
- Develop and present a capstone design project at the conclusion of the internship

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
- Strong interest in multifamily residential design
- Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for design
