Addison Park, a tax credit, and public private submission is a planned mixed-use development consisting of two separate active adult, affordable multifamily buildings as well as a Mission of Hope facility, an office building, and townhomes. Located in Capitol Heights, Maryland, the development is a Public-Private Partnership (P3) between the Redevelopment Authority of Prince George's County (RDA), CJR Development Partners (CJRD), and Miami-based Atlantic Pacific Companies, Atlantic Pacific Communities and Cober Johnson and Romney.
HDG’S scope will include work on, among other things, the 12,400 SF of amenities in both multifamily buildings, to be designed and constructed concurrently. The overarching design concept is to provide an amenitized, safe, durable, engaging, and beautiful home for active adults.
HDG’s design scheme is modern classic, combined with a casual sophistication. The palette is a mix of warm ,neutral finishes with fresh greens and blues. We believe affordable multifamily buildings that look, feel, and live like market-rate apartments promote a sense of place and self-worth, and that a beautiful home fosters feelings of sanctuary and elevates pride in one's surroundings.
