Dix Street

Originally home to Native American tribes and later a hub for freed slaves and immigrants, Ward 7, where affordable community Dix Street Residences is being built, is a culturally diverse home to people from all walks of life and has a strong sense of community. It is known for its leafy streets and greenspace, as well as its numerous transit stations near all its residents. Dix Street Residences is within a mixed-use neighborhood focused on sustainability and minimized environmental impact, green building practices, and the incorporation of ample green spaces. Residents will have access to community gardens, walking trails, and bike paths, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Dix Street Residences will comprise 47 new units of affordable housing at a range of income levels. Atlantic Pacific Communities and Nix Development Company are the development teams of this new construction mid-rise multifamily.

The design concept is vibrant and sophisticated using elements and finishes that are classic, polished, and warm. Dix Street Residences is scheduled for delivery in 2025.
