The One University development delivers 240 affordable apartments in a high-cost, housing-burdened area of Fairfax City, providing much-needed homes for families and seniors. Strategically located next to George Mason University in Fairfax County, Virginia, this community was developed through a partnership between the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) and SCG Development.

The property is composed of three standalone buildings that offer distinct residential experiences. Robinson, a 120-unit family building, is designed for young professionals, workforce households, and families earning up to 60% of the area median income. Residents benefit from well-appointed interiors and a host of shared amenities including a clubroom, pet spa, outdoor terrace with grills, playground, and common areas. The building also serves as the home of the FCRHA boardroom and reception area.

The Belmont provides 120 units of independent living for active adults.Tailored for community engagement, it features upscale amenities such as asocial bar and game room, a fitness center, craft/maker space, and a welcoming clubroom. It also houses the leasing office for the entire property.

A separate community building is accessible to all residents and includes a clubroom, yoga room, and fitness center.
