Enclave At Potomac Club

Partnering with Mesirow and Bozzuto, top multi-family interior design firm Hartman Design Group created a new brand when the trio repositioned the Enclave at Potomac Club. Built in the 2012, the original community was dated. In 2019 it was not meeting the expectations of the target market and, although part of a high-end gated suburban community, the property lost its Class A status and was not achieving retention and leasing goals.

With a goal to restore its Class A status, create resident engagement and meet leasing goals, this renovation involved reconceptualization of the interior space plan including demolishing most of the existing walls and creating an open plan that allows for impact as well as an amenity that residents expect in a Class A apartment community. Within the constraints of 10,000 SF the interior space now blends a social lobby with vaulted ceiling, multiple co-working pods, a media area, sports bar, fitness, and yoga studio.
