A Warm Welcome: Redesigned Lobby and Entry

Upon entering Ovation at Park Crest, residents and guests are greeted by a lobby exuding effortless luxury. Natural elements and warm hues create a harmonious balance, setting the tone for an organic journey throughout the building. The oversized leasing office was thoughtfully reduced, making way for a cozy sitting area that fosters resident engagement. The concierge desk was redesigned for better accessibility, while the package room received updates to enhance functionality.

The elimination of the glass enclosure separating the clubroom from the lobby established a seamless connection between the building entry and the expansive courtyard.
