Madison at Ballston Station

Madison at Ballston Station was originally constructed in 2008 and recently reimagined to meet the needs of today’s residents. In 2024, the owners partnered with Hartman Design Group to transform the amenities and common areas, creating a brighter, more welcoming atmosphere. The renovation prioritized both functionality and aesthetics by replacing outdated lighting, adding biophilic design elements to bring nature indoors, and reconfiguring spaces to encourage community, wellness, and comfort.

An underutilized conference room was converted into a convenient self-serve package center, while the business lounge and coworking areas were expanded to include private work pods tailored to today’s remote workforce. The clubroom,fitness center, and corridors were refreshed with a serene palette of natural white oak, calming blues, and soft whites, creating a sense of wellness and tranquility. Each decision was carefully balanced to deliver an upscale,market-rate feel while remaining mindful of durability standards and budget.

The result is a revitalized property that not only looks and feels renewed but also enhances the daily living experience for residents.
