Hartman Design Group was thrilled to be the interior designer on this award-winning multifamily project.

Founders Row Apartments is built atop a historic Revolutionary War crossroads. Paying tribute to the period, the interior design marries the best of the past with soothing, yet stylish, contemporary design. Using a palette of blues, burgundy and neutrals, the space is accentuated by carefully curated art that reflects history in a playful way.

Modera Founders Row features dramatic interiors, centered around a custom, sculptural staircase, leading from the lobby to a coworking lounge on the mezzanine level. Vintage and custom seating with bookcases chocked full of delightful objects of art create an ambiance full of creative refuge and delightful surprises.
